We only have access to, or collect information that you voluntarily provide to us via email or other means of direct contact with you. We will not sell or rent this information to any third party. We will use your information to assist us with the deployment of services as requested. We will not share or otherwise disclose your personal information with anyone outside of our organization.

Security Policy

We take precautions to protect your personal and confidential information.

Only authorized Company Representatives who require the information to perform a specific task are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are retained in a secure environment.

Breakage / Loss Policy

Our company is fully bonded and insured. In order to activate a claim, we must receive (written) notification identifying the nature of the claim within 24 hours of the service being performed. Failure to follow these requirements may result in a claim being dismissed.

Complaints Policy

While we do our very best to provide all of our customers with the highest degree of service and quality, we do realize that there is sometimes room for error as a result of a misunderstanding or miscommunication between a company and its customer.

Regardless of the reason, we take every complaint seriously. With this in mind, we will strive to resolve any and all complaints as quickly and amicably as possible.
