We realize that every home and each homeowners needs are unique. With this in mind, we specifically tailor our house cleaning services and the frequency of our visits to suit our customer’s individual requirements.

For many home owners, cleaning your house can be a dreadful daunting task. Many people only have time once a week or less to to cleaning, and sometimes this can make your routine house cleaning chores even more difficult. When clutter and messes accumulate, people become overwhelmed and may not even really try to clean their house because they do not know where to start.

What Our House Cleaning Services Include

Kitchen

• Countertops and backsplash cleaned (all items removed and replaced)
• Cabinet (faces) dusted and or wiped
• Sinks and faucets cleaned and sparkled
• All appliances (exterior) cleaned
• Floors vacuumed, washed and polished (if required)
• Wastebaskets emptied
• Furniture dusted or wiped
• Baseboards, window sills, door frames and doors dusted or wiped

Bathrooms

• Sinks and faucets cleaned and sparkled
• Tubs and showers cleaned and sparkled
• Toilets cleaned and disinfected inside and out
• All tiled areas cleaned and sparkled
• All fixtures cleaned and sparkled
• Vanity tops cleaned and all accessories dusted or wiped
• Mirrors cleaned
• Wastebaskets emptied
• All rugs to be shaken out and vacuumed
• Floors vacuumed and washed
• Baseboards, window sills, door frames and doors dusted or wiped

Bedrooms

• Beds made (if required)
• Room tidying (general)
• Furniture, ornaments, pictures, window sills and door frames dusted or wiped
• Mirrors cleaned
• Carpets vacuumed
• Hard surface floors vacuumed and washed
• Wastebaskets emptied
• Baseboards, window sills, door frames and doors wiped

All Living Areas, Including Hallways and Stairs

• Furniture, ornaments and pictures wiped or dusted
• Cushions and pillows organized
• Floors vacuumed, washed & polished (if required)
• Carpeted floors vacuumed
• Small rugs shaken and vacuumed
• Baseboards, window sills, railings, door frames and doors dusted or wiped

Unlike some cleaning companies, we do not believe that performing certain cleaning functions on a regular basis are warranted. Instead, we prefer to dedicate our time, energy and focus to cleaning areas and items that require more of the attention that they deserve.

In our experience, certain items such as silk plants and window blinds should only require cleaning on a rotating basis. The frequency will vary from house to house, and will be assessed on an ongoing basis. By limiting the frequency of the cleaning, this will ultimately reduce the amount of abuse that some items are subject to as a result of “over” cleaning.

As a result, we like to place certain cleaning functions in our “Special Requests” category.

Note: All “Special Requests” must be arranged (minimum 48 hours) in advance of a pre-scheduled appointment.
